Just a simple blog today. A photo I made a few weeks ago of me wearing my 'nerdy' glasses. And one of my most precious things I own. My camera Nikon D7000.

Models: Miranda Kerr

Miranda Kerr, is one of my favourite models. You might know her from Victoria's Secret campaigns.
She's also married to the British actor Orlando Bloom, had a little crush on him when he was played Will Turner in Pirates of the Caribbean. Anyway, Miranda is one of my fave models, I would like to work with her in the future after I'm graduated and stuff. You know me and my big dreams.

As a photographer, I love making self portraits. During one of my intern ships, the photographer said I should do self portraits. First I didn't know what to do exactly. I started with this:

Fun day in the snow

It's snowing here in Holland! I don't like the cold weather that much but I think the snow is absolutely gorgeous.

Anyway I'm carrying away a bit, I went outside because I had to make some photos for a school assignment.
So I had my camera with me and made some close up ones of the trees with snow, I'll post them later though. Till I suddenly saw a cute little snowflake on my glove. You can see it's really a flake and it looks like a little star. Of course I had to make a photo of it as you can see below.

Well, I'm home now, editing the photos so I can show them to my teachers tomorrow and to you guys!

Quick little question, do you like the snowy weather or are you more a spring/summer person like me? Let me know, I'm curious to know.

Photo blog

First of all I hope you guys had a good Christmas with a lot of love from your friends and family and some pressies too I hope?

Anyway, why I'm blogging today is that I found some pictures I made and thought of sharing it with you. Some landscape photos I made. Just 3 pictures though, still figuring out how to get my files back and get my macbook fixed. So that's why I can't show you more than this.

I also have a few photos of my mum, but not sure if she agrees on posting them on my blog. When she gives me permission for it I'll make blog about it!

Lana Del Rey for H&M

You've probably seen the ads in the H&M stores and maybe the commercial on TV. As I told you before I'm not really liking this years Autumn/Winter collection, but I do like the things Lana Del Rey is representing for H&M. I like the light pink sweater a lot (see photo above). Here are another 2 I like a lot.

Bye bye Rome, Hello Holland

I would like to share some photos with you of Rome. I'm not gonna tell you what happened or what I did, sorry. I'm just showing you guys what I've seen and what I think of it.
 

 
The Coliseum, which is so beautiful and huge! I didn't know what to expect but I didn't expect it to be like this. Coliseum at night is very beautiful they light it up. Sorry for the bad quality of pictures. I took them with my iPod, got them of course also on my camera but I'm not in the mood yet to go through all the pictures and pick out the beautiful once so till the time I'm in the mood for that you need to do it with this. Once I made a selection of the other photos I'll make another blog post about it, don't worry. ;)


   
We also went to the Vatican, we didn't went inside, someone told me we should have, but the line for the tickets was just massive that we decided not to.

     
Our hotel was almost outside Rome as you can see on the map above. The blue dot is where we were. To get in the city we had to go by bus for almost an hour and that everyday. But it was worth it. (:  Last picture is the view I had, quite nice actually.

I loved Rome and I definitely will visit it again, I've seen so much in 4-5 days, maybe even to much and I probably forgot the half of the things I've seen. So I just need to go back and relive it again.

New camera

A few weeks ago I bought a new camera. And I gotta say I'm in love with it. I bought the Nikon D7000.

I'm planning on doing more photoshoots, self portraits, stills and more things that catch my interest.

When I've made more photos with it I'll post it of course. Also I will maybe, put some pics on here I made last Saturday when I went to Walibi with friends. I took my camera with me and shot some photos of people in rollercoasters. But I have to edit them first so we will see if I put them online or not.
